Our Story

SecurePeople was born out of a simple but powerful idea:
"Recruitment should be about quality, not quantity."
For years, I sat on the other side of the table as a hiring manager, often thinking, “I could do this better.” Eventually, I decided to put my money where my mouth is—that’s how SecurePeople was imagined and created.
As a freelance recruiter, I’ve chosen a different path. Instead of juggling dozens of roles at once, I focus on a small number of carefully selected jobs.
This doesn't mean I only work on CISO roles, I work on all roles, entry to director and everything in between.
This approach keeps costs fair, energy high, and ensures every client and candidate receives the attention they truly deserve.

We will never ask for personal ID at the start of the process.
The only exception is where it’s required for Security Clearance roles – and even then, we’ll explain exactly why it’s needed.
